Quality

We are an ISO 9001 certified company offering 99.5% accurate transcription. All our reports go through a minimum 2-level check. A report is first transcribed by an MT and checked. It then goes for 100% quality check to Quality analyst who checks the reports for omission, medical or spelling errors, drug dosage, and patient demographics. If the quality analyst has any doubt, the report then goes to the third level check by senior quality analyst who checks the doubts and then uploads the file to the client.

All this is done within a turn-around time of 2 to 24 hours depending on the report type and client needs. All STATs requests are processed on priority basis.
