CAD Conversions

• We convert all kinds of paper drawings to CAD files.
• Conversion of Raster images to Vector drawings for architectural plans, utilities plans (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, life safety, etc.), civil plans & layouts, mechanical & machine drawings, structural & construction documents for buildings, site plans, landscape layouts, plot maps, contour maps and almost all other engineering documents.
• We use in house softwares and techniques for deskewing and despeckling rasters.  Also, advance routines are used to rubbersheet and scale the raster to ensure removal of scanning deformations.

2D Dawings

• Our specialists guide the drafting team to create CAD files as per your requirements and specifications, be it architectural, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, civil or structural.
• Hand drawings to CAD formats: Send us your hand sketches in any format (scanned images, fax or on paper) and we will convert them to standard CAD format.
• Blue prints to CAD: Send your Blue Prints in scanned or in physical form and we will convert it to vector form or into AIA CAD standard.

3D Modeling and Rendering

• Building Modeling, Rendering with Landscaping and Walk Through.
• Mechanical parts modeling and animation.

Architectural Drafting

• Conversion of free hand sketches, blue prints, drawings, hand scribbles and survey notes into complete construction documents and CAD drawings. This could include foundation drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, framings, details and utilities plan including wood work.
• Interior Designing like floor plans, RCP, power & communication plans, interior elevations and details.
• Demolition / Renovation: We create CAD files for demolition / renovation work. These could be created from survey plans along with sketches, digital photos of existing buildings along with proposed plans.

Mechanical Drafting We provide drafting, detailing, solid modeling, analysis, CAM services for:

• 3D modeling of mechanical drawings.
• 2D to 3D conversions.
• Conversion of 2D drawings of mechanical parts / assemblies / shop drawings, and isometrics into CAD drawings.

• We use X-Steel and AutoCAD to make Structural Steel 3D model and generate Anchor Bolt, erection and detail drawings (beam, column, bracing and miscellaneous items with Bill of Material).
